Error description
When using ClearTeam Explorer to examine the properties of a version or element, the properties window will not display any data until the "Show Properties" command is selected multiple times. Then it will begin working normally. Closing and reopening ClearTeam Explorer causes the issue to return.
Local fix
Attempting the "Show Properties" command multiple times will allow it to begin working.
