Problem summary

* USERS AFFECTED: Users of the Db2 Administration Tool         *
*                 for z/OS who use DDL/GEN on MQT              *
*                 (Materialized Query Table).                  *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Wrong DDL is generated for MQT when     *
*                      sqlid and schema of the MQT are in      *
*                      conflict.                               *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
The conditions for when AD2REG includes the phrase 'SET CURRENT
SCHEMA AS' and for when ADB2REG qualifies the objects in the
DDL are incorrectly set.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Problem has been resolved.

Set the schema as the defined schema if given.

When the current schema is set to something that is not
the environment schema, then you would need to re-specify
the schema in the DDL.

Qualify the MQT only if neither of the set sqlid and schema
statements are there.
