Error description

• If CM Batch or Object Compare generates the following
  change records in a WSL:
  ALTER INDEX >indexname< BUFFERPOOL BP16K2 ;
  ALTER TABLE >tablename< ADD RESTRICT ON DROP ;
  the ALTER INDEX statement will put the tablespace
  into a pending state. Because of this state,
  the ALTER TABLE ADD RESTRICT ON DROP will fail:
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -20385, ERROR: THE STATEMENT CANNOT BE
           PROCESSED BECAUSE THERE ARE PENDING DEFINITION
           CHANGES FOR OBJECT >tablespace name< OF TYPE
           TABLESPACE (REASON 2)
