PH00915: IMS SHUTDOWN HANG DUE TO AN INUSE ON AN LTERM THAT WAS OBTAINED BY QCF CAUSING THE CONNECT CALL TO WAIT

Error description

• An IMS shutdown wait is due to an INUSE lock on the CCB by QCF.
  The two suspect waiting SAVE AREA flows are:
  DFSICIO0 -> N256163 -> DFSCVEA2 -> DFSNCLY0 -> DFSNCLZ0 ->
  NCLZSIGN -> DFSNCS20 -> DFSUSE00 -> DFSISERW
                      and
  IQCCCVC0 -> CCVC2000 -> CCVC3200 -> CCVC4000 -> IQCQMRQ0 ->
  QMRQCMDS -> IQCQMR50 -> IQCQMR50-AT-MR5CONV -> DFSCONX0 ->
  UNK -> DFSUSE00 -> DFSISERW ->
  
  The SLU2 dynamic terminal is hung in signoff processing waiting
  for a LOCK on the NODE/USER structure so the blocks could be
  deallocated.  A QCF task terminated earlier while still holding
  an INUSE on the terminal. QCF attempted to release the INUSE,
  but the request failed due to an invalid workid passed on the
  INUSE.  This residual INUSE causes the LOCK request to WAIT
  indefinitely resulting in the terminal hang. The only way to
  clear the hang is to recycle IMS.
