Error description

• DDL/GEN of a stored procedure containing a SET
  ASSIGNMENT statement may result in parser errors for the
  following:
  
  1. incorrect token '||' after case clause,
  2. incorrect token 'WHERE'
  
  The error messages read as follows:
  
  ADB1932W Parser error - the original DDL will be generated for
  the following object. Please verify the DDL.
              Reason code =  28
  Token number =    nnn, Token = ||   (or:  Token = WHERE)
  ADB2PA: The following statement could not be parsed (followed
  by Create Procedure statement).

  When running a DDL or GEN command on a stored
  procedure which contains a SET ASSIGNMENT and
  WHERE or CONCAT appears on the right hand
  expression, the parser may issue the following error
  messages:
  
  1. incorrect token '||' after case clause, or
  2. incorrect token 'WHERE'
