PH00841: USER SAVE A REPORT UNDER MY CONTENT ERROR MESSAGE APPEARS BECAUSE THE USER DOES NOT HAVE APPROPRIATE PERMISSIONS

Error description

• A none admin user create a report based on a package where the
  none admin user has only run permissions. The package is stored
  under a folder where the none admin user has only read
  permissons. When the none admin user click on save then the
  followring error message appears:
  
  You do not have the appropriate permissions to save the object
  
  The none admin user save the report under My content. After some
  report changes the none admin user click on save again. The
  following error message appears:
  
  You do not have the appropriate permissions to save the object
  
  The error message should not appear because the report is stored
  under My Content where the client has write permissions.
