  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  Batch Restart Program (ADBTEP2) accesses ADBHOLD
  table to track restart information. When a SQLCODE =
  -904 / SQLCODEN904 error is encountered while
  fetching the table contents, the error is not captured
  and reported to the user. As a result, ADBTEP2 reports
  the below SQCLODE = -501 / SQLCODEN501 error when
  closing the cursor:
