Error description

• Before applying this fix, Db2 Cloning Tool Table Space Cloning
  may not generate REBUILD statement for indexes if index spaces
  are cloned without their table spaces.
  After applying this fix, Db2 Cloning Tool Table Space Cloning
  correctly processes indexes that require REBUILD if they are
  cloned without their table spaces.
  

Local fix

• Clone index spaces in the same job with their table spaces.
