PH00589: GREENPLUM JDBC CALLS NOT ESCAPED

Error description

• When importing tables with underscores from Greenplum, the
  underscores are not consistently escaped in the JDBC calls. This
  can lead to performance problems during import.
  For example within the getColumns JDBC call a table of name
  abc_def_gh, is escaped to abc\_def\_gh, whereas the same does
  not happen for getTables, getImportedKeys, getIndexInfo.
