  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator                                *
  * customers will be able to track metrics                      *
  * at the statement level or the                                *
  * accounting info at thread level for                          *
  * HTAP dynamic queries.                                        *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  This new function APAR now adds new support for monitoring
  info at the statement level in IFCID 316 and accounting info
  at the thread level in IFCID 3 related to HTAP dynamic queries.
  
  This APAR has a functional dependency on the IBM Db2 Analytics
  Accelerator V5.1.6 or higher. Without the server support,
  no statement level monitoring info or accounting info related
  to HTAP dymanic queries will be reported.
  
  This APAR enables Db2 to report SQL statement level monitoring
  and accounting statistics related to HTAP dynamic queries in
  IFCID 316 or IFCID 3.
  
  The DSN_STATEMENT_CACHE_TABLE changes:
  The following columns in DSN_STATEMENT_CACHE_TABLE are filled
  with execution statistics as the HTAP dynamic cache statement
  is accelerated.

  1. IFCID 316 will have 2 additional fields to report the
  statement level statistics for HTAP dynamic queries in
  QW0316's section 2 per accelerator. The 316 changes are
  reflected in the DSNDQW04 copy file and related Db2
  documentation on IFCID 316
  2. IFCID 3 will have 2 additional fields to report the
  thread level accounting statistics for HTAP dynamic queries
  in QW0003's section 13 per accelerator. The IFCID 3 changes
  are reflected in the DSNDQ8AC copy file and related Db2
  documentation on IFCID 3
