PH00406: DB2 ADMIN TOOL - CRITICAL ERROR DURING SEQUENCE ALTER

Error description

• During ALTER SEQUENCE where the RESTART WITH option is included
  in an ALTER SEQUENCE statement when only ORDER is changed. This
  resets the sequence when that is not the intent.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Restart value for a sequence is reset   *
  *                      unintentionally after executing AL      *
  *                      command on a sequence.                  *

  When changing a sequence option (such as ORDER) using
  the AL command on a sequence, the ALTER SEQUENCE
  statement generated also includes the RESTART WITH
  option which was unchanged. This resets the sequence
  when that was not the intent.
  

Problem conclusion

• The DB2 ALTER SEQUENCE statement generated by Admin now only
  includes options that were changed during the AL process.
  Also, new panel ADBP1ALQ and help panel ADBH1ALQ are created
  specifically for the AL Sequence function.
  In addition, a RESET value is added for the RESTART WITH field.
  When specified, it adds the Db2 RESTART option, with no other
  keywords, to the ALTER statement generated, which upon execution
  results in a reset of the sequence to the original start value.
