APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Existing fix delivered for APAR PI72398 is not working
  correctly.
  .
  The WebSphere Customization Toolbox versionInfo.bat does not
  set the Java SDK properties correctly which causes the
  versionInfo application to fail to get WebSphere Customization
  Toolbox version information.
  

Local fix

• None.
  history.xml of WCT under IM_agent_data could be used to know
  what fixpack/ifix has been applied.

  The versionInfo calls Java to show WebSphere Customization
  Toolbox version information. Java SDK properties need to be
  set correctly by setupCmdLine.bat. It is updatd in
  fixpack 9.0.0.3. However, this would not work for update
  scenarios because setupCmdLine.bat is set as NSF and update
  will keep this file no changes.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix is to make setupCmdLine.bat servicable for WebSphere
  Customization Toolbox.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
