Error description

• CM Batch or Object Compare Analyze generates CHECK DATA in a
  WSL on an ALTER TABLE ... FOREIGN KEY statement which includes
  the NOT ENFORCED option.  The CHECK DATA should not be
  generated if NOT ENFORCED is specified.

  The CHECK DATA online utility checks tablespaces for
  violations of referential constraints. With the current
  Object Compare, when a foreign key is added, check data
  is always generated. If NOT ENFORCED option is specified,
  then CHECK DATA is not needed.
  
  Object Compare will not generate CHECK DATA when NOT
  ENFORCED clause is in ALTER TABLE ..FOREIGN KEY.
