  This APAR enhances the Catalog Manager utility to support new
  compare function. It performs comparison of ACBs within the IMS
  directory. User can compare an active ACB in the IMS directory
  with staging ACB in the IMS directory staging data set, and so
  on.
  
  This APAR also fixes several problems for Catalog Manager
  utility listed in the below. These fixes are also effective to
  the DBD/PSB/ACB Reversal utility and the DBD/PSB/ACB Compare
  utility.
  
  1. Catalog Manager doesn't convert ENCODING= or REMARKS=
  parameter for Shared index database. This APAR modified the
  utility to convert these and compare these parameters.
  
  2. Catalog Manager doesn't convert SEGM or FIELD statement for
  GSAM database. This statement has been supported by IMS APAR
  PI44141/UI30169 but the Catalog Manager utility doesn't support
  yet. This APAR modified the utility to convert and compare
  these parameters.
  
  3. Catalog Manager sometimes converts ENCODING= and REMARKS=
  parameter in DBD statement for GSAM DBD incorrectly. This APAR
  modified the utility to convert these correctly and compare
  these with correct statement.
  
  This APAR also provides future enhancement for LIU which runs
  under IBM IMS Administration Tool.
