    1. Create a profile(globally applied) with the following
    stereotypes.
       a. a NewTerm stereotype applicable to 'Operation'. say
    'myOperation'.
       b. a NewTerm stereotype applicable to 'UseCaseDiagram'. say
    'myUsecasediagram'
    2. Update the 'Model::Stereotype::DrawingToolbar' property of
    'myUsecasediagram', to include the 'myOperation'
    3. Create a new use diagram of 'myUsecasediagram' and add a
    boundary box to the diagram
-> Here We will notice that 'myOperation' is added to diagram
    tools as expected.
    4. In the Use Case diagram, when an operation is created from
diagram tools, if it is created inside the boundary box it is ok
but if it is done out of the boundary there is a problem.
