Error description

• Merge does not have the implementation to correctly apply
  ALTER TABLE ... ADD/DROP PRIMARY KEY statement when the table
  has a history table relation ship. Merge Report reports:
  Cannot drop primary key. Table xxxx does not have a primary key
  ADB8020E An attempt was made to add a primary key to the table
           xxxx, but this table already has a primary key.

  When Merge module analyzes a change which has ALTER TABLE
  ADD/DROP PRIMARY KEY statement for a history table; the
  operation is not properly handled. The erroneous operation
  leads to an ADB8020E error.
