  • 'taskman' command fails, but error message does not indicate
ENABLE_INTERACTIVE=y is not set.

Problem summary

  • This fix addresses the following issue:

When "taskman" fails it gives an error indicating "processmsg:
tid 0 invalid project or resource requested from bld". This fix
improves the error message to give a more accurate reason for
the failure:
"processmsg: tid 0 is not permitted to use licenses. Verify that
the requested project name and resource requirement string are
correct and that interactive tasks are enabled on the project or
cluster."
