OW40914: PROCOPS R1.3 RECEIVING 0C4 ABEND ON ISQSTOP AFTER APAR OW36991 IS INSTALLED. 99/09/29 PTF PECHANGE

Error description

• After applying APAR OW36991, when processing an ISQSTOP command
  the system receives an 0C4 ABEND. The message received is:
  DSI172I SUBTASK 'xxxxxxx' ABENDED WITH CODE X'0C4000'
  CNM998E ABEND/LOGOFF WHILE RUNNING COMMAND PROCEDURE ISQSTOP

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  ABEND S0C4 in ISQSTOP (csect ISQATBF) during ProcOps shutdown.
  
  V1R3 only: The expected below the line storage relief may not be
  obtained if OW37667/UW60628 is applied after OW36991/UW60373.
  Applying OW36991/UW60373 after OW37667/UW60628 may result in
  unresolved external references.
  

Problem conclusion

• ISQATBF (commands ISQSTOP and ISQSTART) has been changed to only
  look at the saved copy of the trace flag so that it does not
  reference the original trace flag after freeing the control
  block which contains it.
  
  V1R3 only: JCLIN has been updated to include all new modules
  from OW37667/UW60628 and OW36991/UW60373 both of which are
  SUPerceded by this APAR.
