Error description

• A Menu Application issues a CLSDST PASS macro to allow the
  device to communicate to a target Application. This target
  Application session failed and the Menu Application's CLSDST
  PASS RPL was never POSTED back.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Clsdst Pass can possibly hang when      *
  *                      issued for an SLU that had gone through *
  *                      takeover or the SLU to new PLU session  *
  *                      fails.                                  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  An application issued a Clsdst Pass for an Slu. A INIT OTHER CD
  was sent out of the application's host but failed with sense
  087D0001.  Vtam then sent a DSRLST to locate the SLU.  The
  DSRLST returned a positive response.  Next VTAM attempted to
  send another INIT OTHER CD to the Slu.  The second INIT OTHER CD
  failed internally with sense 08420000 because there was not an
  adjacent SSCP session between the application and Slu hosts.
  At that time the RPL for the Clsdst Pass should have been posted
  back with the failure. VTAM failed to enter the processing that
  would have replied to the outstanding INIT OTHER (post Clsdst
  Pass RPL) and cleanup the control blocks used in the
  INIT OTHER CD processing.
  

Problem conclusion

• Module ISTSSCFD has been changed correctly cleanup
  after a failure to complete the Clsdst Pass.
