Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: TCAS loop in IKTMSIFR + x'2D8' because  *
  *                      WSF Query Reply Data had a descriptor   *
  *                      length of zero.                         *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  A loop occurs in IKTMSIFR when a Write Structured Field (WSF)
  Query Reply Character Sets has a zero in the descriptor length
  field at offset 'C' in the reply.
  

Problem conclusion

• Module IKTMSIFR has been changed to issue MSGIKT113I and
  terminate processing of the Query Reply if the Character Sets
  structured field descriptor length is zero.
