Error description

• VIT CSB, CSC, CSD entries have the eyecatcher module name of the
  caller and not the current module eyecatcher for resource state
  trace.

  This problem primarily affects VTAM Service's ability to
  diagnose problems when the customer has been asked to run VTAM
  Internal trace with module trace and resource state trace.
  
  The error is that CSB, CSC, and CSD VIT records provide the
  name of the calling module and not the name of the
  module actually tracing the state change.
  

Problem conclusion

• Module ISTRACSC was changed to correctly provide the name of the
  module that is changing the resource state in CSB, CSC, and CSD
  trace records. For state tracing the eye catcher needs to be set
  from the current save area but for module tracing the name
  needs to be set from the backward pointer's save area.
