APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• Currently, zDLA does not support CICS Version 6.3.
  As a result, the IDML books are not being generated for
  CICS 6.3 regions.
  

Local fix

• Enhanced the relevant CICS modules to enable support for
  CICS 6.3.
