  New Function for z/OS Container Platform.
  
  This PTF provides enhancements to IBM z/OS Container Platform
  (zOSCP) that updates Kubernetes and enhances podman to
  use netavarkz as the networking backend. The Kubernetes
  dashboard has been replaced with headlamp.

  documentation in section "Upgrading IBM z/OS Container Platform"
