  Fixes:
   1. MSU calculation incorrect when LPAR Capacity
      is capped.
   2. Agent KM5IMAG passes improper RAS1 settings to KM5IMASM.
   3. Customer request to have the ability to monitor
      JES Batch Job Class Queues.
   4. S0C4 abend occurs in module KM2PROW due to a check for
      data past the end of a storage buffer.
   5. The agent (KM5SHAG) assumes the value is integer and
      converts it to an integer string which leads to the 'D'
      value being converted to 0.
   6. ABEND S0C4 in KM5DLAG due to ASID=-1 returned by RMF.
   7. CPU%, Period goal, zIIP% and zIIP on CP% attributes
      missing in WLM Class Sysplex Metrics (KM5WLMCLPX) table.
   8. Enclave Tran Rate, Enclave Exec Time and AI infusion
      attributes are missing in Service Class Resources
      History table MWLMMPRH.
   9. The Integar fields for table M5STGFDTH table is
      sorted as Character due to ENUM being defined for
      the field.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixes:
   1. 4-Hour MSU calculation for capped LPAR Groups have
      been corrected.
   2. Valid asmtrbits have been corrected and passed to
      KM5IMASM.
   3. Provide new table and workspaces to monitor and
      enable thresholds on JES Batch Job Class Queues.
   4. Insufficient end of storage check in KM2PROW module
      is improved.
   5. The agent (KM5SHAG) code now process the value as
      string and translates it into a numeric value that
      matches a new ENUM in the ODI.
   6. Restored a negative-ASID guard to correct the condition
      in module KM5DLAG.
   7. CPU%, Period goal, zIIP% and zIIP on CP% attributes
      added to WLM Class Sysplex Metrics (KM5WLMCLPX) table.
   8. Enclave Tran Rate, Enclave Exec Time and AI infusion
      attributes added to Service Class Resources History
      table MWLMMPRH.
   9. Integer columns have been marked as SORTBYINTERNAL and
      ALIGNRIGHT when an ENUM is present.
