Error description

• Opened to remove the PRE for OA63434 UJ97183 (for 2.5) and
  UJ97182 (for 3.1).
  
  PE Information:
  Users Affected:
       OA68990: HDZ3310 - UJ99094, HDZ2250 - UJ99095
   User Impact:
       APAR OA68990 fixed the original reported problem of
  MSGADR910E RETURN CODE = 40000024,REASON CODE = 5F021004 during
  DFSMShsm RECALL or DFSMSdss logical data set COPY or RESTORE of
  an empty sequential generic or tailored compressed format data
  set that is either extended format version 1 or multi-striped
  version 2, but introduces issues with allowing proper
  toleration/coexistence support for OA63434 to be installed.
  PTFs for OA68990 listed both OA63434 (New Function - Copy
  Optimization Mode) and OA68430 (Toleration Support - Copy
  Optimization Mode) PTFs as required PREs. This does not allow
  for separate installation of toleration support and the new
  function.
