Error description

• HSM HBACKDS commands run against UNIX files in zFS data sets
  with:
  a. NORWSHARE
  b. Command is NOT executed from the owning system
  c. Backup Copy Technique of CONCURRENT PREFERRED (CLONE
     PREFERRED) specified in the assigned management class
  
  fails with error message:
  ADR652E (001)-UDT0I(01), VFS CALLABLE SERVICE V_IOCTL FAILED
  WITH RETURN CODE 00000079 AND REASON CODE 10150696 WHILE
  PROCESSING
  
  Since CONCURRENT PREFERRED is specified this states:
  PREFERRED: Specifies that DFSMSdss process the file records from
  a clone. If clone processing cannot be completed successfully,
  then the dump is processed from the base file.

• BYPASS/CIRCUMVENTION:
  Either of these bypasses can be used:
  a. run from the OWNING system
  b. do NOT run with CONCURRENT PREFERRED/CLONE PREFERRED

  *                      (non-sysplex aware). CLONE (ZFS file    *
  *                      snapshot) does not support function     *
  *                      shipping. This caused processing of     *
  *                      the UNIX file to fail without           *
  *                      attempting standard I/O despite         *
  *                      CLONE(PREFERRED) being specified.       *
