OA69156: ERRONEOUS 'ERR 210' ERROR(S) SURFACED IN THE OUTPUT FROM AN AUDIT MEDIACONTROLS(CLOUD(CLOUDNAME)) COMMAND

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The client executed an AUDIT MEDIACONTROLS(CLOUD(cloudname))
  command which generated a number of 'ERR 210' errors. This error
  indicates the following:
  
  ERR 210 CDD IS NOT FOUND FOR PREFIX
  prefix IN CONTAINER container
  
  However, review of the PDA shows
  that HSM was unable to verify whether or not the CDD exists
  because an 'HTTP 401 Unauthorized' error was returned. 
  
  An
  'HTTP 401' error should not cause HSM to generate an 'ERR 210'
  during AUDIT.

Local fix

• BYPASS/CIRCUMVENTION:
  Refrain from executing the AUDIT MEDIACONTROLS(CLOUD(cloudname))
  command with the FIX parameter. Also, refrain from taking any
  manual action against the migrated copy surfaced in an 'ERR
  210'.
  
  RECOVERY ACTION:
  Recover from a backup copy of the data set.
