OA68616: NO TEST CASE IS GENERATED FOR THE LAST DATA SET IN A SAVED ISMF LIST WHEN IT IS MULTI-VOLUME.

Error description

• In ISMF 11.1.1, no test case is generated for the last data set
  in a saved ISMF list. The message received is:
  
  THE TABLE DOES NOT HAVE SECOND VOLUME FOR DATA SET
  USER.ISMF.PS.TEST7 WHICH IS MULTI VOLUME DATA SET
  
  This occurs:
  a. when the last 2 data sets in the list are multi-volume and
     data resides on only 1 volume and the remaining volumes are
     candidates.
  b. In ISMF and Naviquest
  c. When Replace Existing Prefix is set to Y or N.
  
  
  This will also correct the following error when processing a
  saved ISMF list where the last data sets listed are truly
  multi-volume. The message received is:
  
  TBOPEN OF TABLE  MYLIST FAILED - TABLE IN USE
  TABLE BEING CLOSED
  ERROR WRITING USER5.'MY.TESTS' MEMBER TST1 - RC=12
  DATA SET NOT OPENED
