Error description

• ZOA Continuous Delivery HGLA510 (COMMON) Service Level 22
  
  The Problem Insights server for Z Operational Log and Data
  Analytics was available in versions earlier than Z Operational
  Log and Data Analytics 5.1.x.22.
  
     - The main function of the Problem Insights server component
       was to provide an interface for forwarding events to
       external event destinations.
     - This functionality was moved to the Z Data Analytics
       Platform in Z Operational Log and Data Analytics 5.1.x.16.
     - The Problem Insights server is no longer installed as a
       common service with the Z Operational Log and Data
       Analytics Platform as of 5.1.x.22.
     - The Problem Insights server is still available as a common
       service for IBM Z Anomaly Analytics (ensemble and classic).

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Problem Insights Server is no       *
  *                      longer needed on z/OS for Z Log and     *

  *                      available and could be confusing to     *
  *                      customers.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Install this PTF and follow ++HOLD           *
  *                 instructions.                                *
  ****************************************************************
  The PI server install needed to be omitted for Z Operational Log
  and Data Analytics and left available for Z Anomaly Analytics.
  

Problem conclusion

• The PI server install is no longer available unless Z Anomaly
  Analytics is installed in the same zFS.
