Error description

• While running a zSecure report message CKR0206 is issued for one
  or more "duplicate" GLOBAL profiles, when none exist.
  
  IRRUT200 output indicates the database has no inconsistencies

• Insert the statement
  "SUPPRESS MSG=206"

  When RACF security data (RACF database or UNLOAD) processed by
  zSecure Admin/Audit contain profiles having non-BASE segments
  defined in the GLOBAL class, the program might incorrectly issue
  a MSGCKR0206 which begins with the text "Duplicate GLOBAL
  profile...".
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin/Audit is updated, so that it correctly processes
  RACF security data with profiles having non-BASE segments
  defined in the GLOBAL class, and no MSGCKR0206 is issued in
  cases where RACF security data does not have structural errors.
  Please note the documentation updates as provided by the APAR
