  *                 on a D/T2107 storage subsystem.              *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides z/OS software        *
  *                      support for the IBM DS8000 G10          *
  *                      subsystem (D/T2107) Release 10.1        *
  *                      compression enhancements and            *
  *                      includes the following functions:       *
  *                      - Write Through Compression Extents     *
  *                        Exhausted, enabling critical          *
  *                        metadata updates to volumes in        *
  *                        compression pools that have reached   *
  *                        the critical full condition and would *
  *                        otherwise enter a write-inhibit       *
  *                        state. This is necessary for data     *
  *                        sets to be deleted and their space to *
  *                        be reclaimed by the DFSMSdss space    *
  *                        release function.                     *
  *                      - Enhanced LISTDATA reporting with      *
  *                        additional compression-related fields *
  *                        and thresholds for improved           *
  *                        visibility.                           *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: For full function support, install Device    *
  *                 Support APAR OA68160, which brings in        *
  *                 all required supporting APARs.               *
  ****************************************************************
  Add AOM DASD, AOM LISTDATA, and DEVSERV software support for
  DS8K compression.
