PARM='MEMRULE=3' does not enable processing of non-standard
member names.

After applying DSC APAR OA68014 (PTF UJ97441), IQIBUTIL
PARM='MEMRULE=3' does not enable processing of non-standard
member names.
When IQIBUTIL EMPTY command encounters an unexpected I/O error,
it sometimes fails to report the failure.

Problem conclusion

  • IQIBUTIL PARM='MEMRULE=3' does enable processing of non-standard
member names.
When IQIBUTIL EMPTY command encounters an I/O error, it does
report the failure.
