OA68075: FOLLOWING ANY ABEND, TASK CLOSE GOES INTO A LOOP IN IFG0TC0A ATTEMPTING TO SEARCH FOR A DEB

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After an abend occurs, task close enters a loop in IFG0TC0A at
  UJ97283. Loop is in IFG0TC2B procedure in label DEBDCHN1 from
  +x'1990' to x'1AA4'.
  IFG0TC0A at base the loop is from x'1980' to x'1A94'.
  IFG0TC0A in an infinite loop while holding the local lock and
  searching for a DEB.
  additional symptoms:
  This issue has been seen following an abend878, abend837
  abendB37 and abend0C4.
  The abend can be any code, in any module that will cause task
  close to go into this loop (on 3.2 only).
