Error description

  • DEFINE WHERE and LOOKUP don't work consistently

Local fix

  • The handling of WHERE clauses in combination with SLFN
functions, like LOOKUP does not work, especially for SELECT
    clauses.

Problem summary

    *                      reference (lookup).                     *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided. *
    ****************************************************************
When an indirect reference (lookup) definition contains a WHERE
clause, the zSecure Admin/Audit might deliver incorrect results
and issue a MSGCKR1142 which begins with the text "Duplicate and
conflicting entry for key=<key> in lookup..." in cases where
such lookup is used in the record selection statement (SELECT
    EXCLUDE/EXISTS/MISSING).

Problem conclusion

  • zSecure Admin/Audit has been modified, so that record selection
referring to indirect references (lookups) defined with a WHERE
    clause is performed properly.
