Error description

• When using ISPF SCLM (option 3.1)  the ISRQDSP panel  fails to
  correctly display the dataset name and user ID of a member
  currently held by another user. This issue occurs intermittently
  during member deletion attempts while another user is still in
  EDIT mode. In some cases, the dataset name is blank and the user
  ID is missing; in other instances, incorrect dataset and user
  information is shown. This behavior is only observed within
  SCLM. Outside of SCLM, standard ISPF panels and the D GRS,RES=()
  command correctly identify the dataset holder.
