• Alias support is required when comparing GBL_TARGET_HILEV
  parameter value against KFJFLOW_DSN parameter value.

  (1) Configuration Manager does not resolve a data set alias
    when it is comparing the GBL_TARGET_HILEV value with the
    value in KCIFLOW DD, resulting in the error message KFJ00227E
    being issued incorrectly.
  

Problem conclusion

• (1) Aliases are now resolved before checking if TKANCUS library
    high-level qualifiers match. Whenever an alias is found and
    resolved, the new informational message KFJ00235I is shown:
    Alias %KFJ_X_ALIAS_DSN% resolved to %KFJ_X_ALIAS_DSN_RESOLVED%
