Error description

• ABEND0C1 may be seen with zSecure Alert when SDSF is not
  installed.
  

Local fix

• Allow TSOAUTH CONSOLE access for the zSecure Alert administator
  as documented.
  

Problem summary

  When the IBM System Display and Search Facility (SDSF) is not
  installed or not licensed, the zSecure Alert configuration
  interface (interactive option SE.A.A) might ABEND0C1 with
  RC1.
  

Problem conclusion

• The zSecure Alert configuration interface has been modified, so
  that the program does not use SDSF functionality when IBM System
  Display and Search Facility (SDSF) is not installed or not
  licensed.
