  New feature: OpenMetrics support added to the Distributed Data
   Server (GPMSERVE) by exposing Monitor III data via the new
   /metrics/m3 endpoint.
  
  The data in the OpenMetrics format can be consumed by a variety
   of 3rd party tools, such as Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics,
   InfluxDB, and many others.
  
  Sample dashboards for Prometheus are included in the IBM RMF
  Grafana plugin v1.1.0.
