Error description

• After apply of OA66714, zSecure Access monitor might issue a
  MSGC2P0571I  which begins with the text "pid-nt already
  allocated ...". This might occur in cases where another started
  task is initializing and creating the same name token as zSecure
  Access monitor. The used storage cell is initialized after being
  freed, the free cell forward chain is cleared.

  zSecure Access monitor started task (C2PACMON) might repeatedly
  issue a MSGC2P0571I which begins with the text "pid-nt already
  allocated ..." followed by a MSGC2P0483W which begins with the
  text "FRR routine invoked for ABEND 940C4000...". This might
  occur in cases where another started task is initializing and
  creating the same name token as zSecure Access monitor. The used
  storage cell is initialized after being freed, the free cell
  forward chain is cleared.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Access Monitor started task has been modified, so that
  it recovers from the condition reported by the MSGC2P0571I and
  continues to operate normally.
