OA67421: ZCTMR040 PRODUCES FALSE FINDINGS, DUE TO TWO IOAENV RECORDS FOUND

Error description

• Investigation showed that two IOAENV records exist, it caused
  the failure due to one of the records not having all the fields.
  
  This caused the compliance check to fail, due to the missing
  fields in the one record.

  When the BMC IOA Gateway Monitor component is active, the
  zSecure Audit's STIG RACF compliance control ZCTMR040 (BMC
  Control-M configuration/parameter values must be properly
  specified) reports non-compliant findings.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Audit has been modified, so that its STIG RACF
  compliance control ZCTMR040 does not report incorrect
  non-compliant findings in cases where the BMC IOA Gateway
  Monitor component is active.
