  AGPMINIT S0C1 ABENDS AFTER APPLYING PTF UJ96389 (which was to
  solve a zAPMC S0C4 exception component that caused a memory leak
  that subsequently resulted in a ABEND S878)
  
  Root cause was a build issue and this PTF addresses S0C1
  and S0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• Build issue has been resolved. This PTF supersedes the PEed
  PTF UJ96389
