Error description

• AGMA0072E error message in the zAPM Container joblog,
  

Local fix

• Workaround set garbage collection interval and expiry to 60
  seconds instead of 30.

  Root cause was a timing issue when two different tasks was
  trying to free the same block.
  

Problem conclusion

• Free was deferred for one task to resolve the issue and checking
  was added to prevent double free. Use of CICS APIs removed while
  generating the inbound and outbound events.
