  This New Function shall be considered part of the "Program"

  license terms that govern the Program, as set forth in the
  ICA, CRA, or equivalent agreement between you and IBM.
  
  z/OS DFSMSdss 3.1 Direct to Cloud is enhanced to enable zEDC
  compression via CDA.
