APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After PTF UJ95813 (7C0) or UJ95811 (7D0), JES3 is no longer be
  able to identify jobs as a TSO logon during C/I. ISMVSTSO bit is
  
  not set and IATISJB then puts the wrong IATPLB suffix in
  JDABPROC, which is later propagated to IDDPRCID in IATIIDR. In
  the end a wrong IATPLBxx procedure library concatenation will be
  
  used for TSO LOGON jobs.
  
  EXTERNAL SYMPTOMS:
  LOGON procedures are not found and the LOGON is failed with JCL
  error due to MSGIEFC612I.
  MSGIAT4301 may be posted to flag the TERM parameter as invalid
  UNIT type.

  TSO LOGON may fail or a wrong LOGON procedure might be used.
  
  VERIFICATION STEPS:
  1) PTF UJ95813 (7C0) or UJ95811 (7D0) were applied
  2) The RSQ of the TSO LOGON shows POE = STCINRDR
  3) STCPROC (instead of TSOPROC) is passed along to the z/OS
  Converter.
  
  The projected closing code is PER for HJS77C0 and HJS77D0.
  

Local fix

• use the same procedure library concatenation for TSOPROC and
  STCPROC.

  After application of OA66235, a TSO user attempted to log on.
  The job was not identified as a TSO logon (the ISMVSTSO bit
  in macro IATYISD was not set) in input service. This caused
  JES3 to search the STCPROC proclib contatenation instead of
  TSOPROC. The logon procedure was not found, and the logon
  failed with MSGIEFC612I.
