  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Admin might generate digital    *

  *                      certificate labels.                     *

  zSecure Admin generates digital certificates report with empty
  certificate labels under all of the following circumstances:
  
   o The zSecure Server is used to access a live RACF data base.
   o Configuration option ""Use IO in preference to storage"
     (SE.0) is checked.
   o 'Other fields' option in the 'Additional selection criteria'
     option group on the RA.5.1 ISPF panel (C2RP3R5@) is checked.
   o Additional selection criteria is provided on the CKRP3R51
     report configuration panel.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin has been modified, so that the digital
  certificates reports are generated properly under circumstances
  listed in the 'Problem summary' APAR field.
