Error description

• Users that track long running CICS applications consuming MQ
  messages in a loop using MQGET with a wait may see missing
  applications or their applications displayed incorrectly on the
  UI.

Problem summary

  ****************************************************************
  During a long running CICS task, consuming MQ messages in a
  loop using MQGET with a wait, when there is no message
  available, event generation was delayed until the next
  successful MQGET or end of the task, which can cause a long
  time lapse between events causing incorrect linking on the UI.
  Courriers within the base component were not balancing the load
  of connected address spaces efficiently.
  

Problem conclusion

• During a long running CICS task consuming MQ messages in a loop
  using MQGET with a wait, when there is no message available, an
  end event is created immediately when there is a matching start
  event, correcting links within the UI.
  The load of connected address spaces is now balanced efficiently
  across the number of courriers started.
