Error description

• The RACF command SETROPTS RVARYPW(SWITCH(xxxxxxxx)
  STATUS(yyyyyyyy) KDFAES) may abend when completing the HOLD
  ACTION for APAR OA65905:
  
  DUMP TITLE=jobname,ICHCOP00
  MODULE,0C4-010 ABEND,UNKNOWN CSECT,UNKNOWN SEGMENT.
  
  ANALYSIS:
  The ABEND0C4 PIC10 occurs in ICHSGF00+2C UJ94764/UJ94776/UJ94775
  after issuing a SETROPTS command with the RVARYPW and KDFAES
  keywords specified.
  
  KNOWN IMPACT:
  The command fails and the HOLD ACTION for APAR OA65905 cannot be
  completed.
  
  VERIFICATION STEPS:
  1. Determine if APAR OA65905 is applied and the ABEND0C4 PIC10
  was due to a SETROPTS command with the RVARYPW and KDFAES
  keywords specified.
  2. From the dump, determine if the failing
  instruction is located in ICHSGF00+2C.
  
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS:
  RACF, ABEND0C4 RSN10, ICHSGF00, SGFBUFFR
  

Local fix

• BYPASS/CIRCUMVENTION:
  The failing SETROPTS command that caused the ABEND0C4 may work
  if issued again
