• The Data Streamer floods the log with message HBO6004E if the
  connection gets lost.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Data Streamer floods the log with   *
  *                      message HBO6004E if the connection to   *
  *                      the subscriber gets lost.               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply this PTF.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When the connection gets lost, Data Streamer will keep listening
  for a connection to be made to this socket, then HBO6004E will
  be reported continuously until connection recovered.
  

Problem conclusion

• CDP is updated to fix this defect by only issue the message once
  per gather when connection gets lost.
