Error description

• User executes the following steps:
  MIGRATE DSN(dsname) to cloud - successful
  RECALL DSN(dsname) from cloud - successful
  MIGRATE DSN(dsname) to cloud again - FAILS
  OR
  MIGRATE DSN(dsname) to ML2 - FAILS
  ARC1582I UNEXPECTED RETURN CODE X'00000F05' FROM SERVICE
  HWTHINIT WITH RSN=X'00000000' SVC=X'00000020' AND
  ERRTEXT=The proper z/OS UNIX environment is not setup. Init
  halted.

  *                 Tiering) that migrate Non-VSAM data sets     *
  *                 to the cloud.                                *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DFSMShsm may issue an ARC1582I message  *
  *                      with "ERRTEXT=The proper z/OS UNIX      *
  *                      environment is not setup. Init          *
  *                      halted." and Return Code X'00000F05'    *
  *                      during a subsequent remigration of a    *
  *                      Non-VSAM data set to the cloud. The     *
  *                      data set is still migrated, but the old *
  *                      migration copy in the cloud is not      *
  *                      scratched.                              *

Problem conclusion

• DFSMShsm has been modified to correct the problem.
  
  After application of this fix, it is advised to run DFSMShsm
  AUDIT MEDIACONTROLS(CLOUD).
  
  Note that MSGBPXP018I messages may appear or increase after
  application of this fix. These are harmless and do not effect
  the functionality of DFSMShsm. If desired, suppress this
  message to the console via updates to SYS1.PARMLIB(MPFLSTxx)
  (See z/OS MVS Initialization and Tuning Reference for how
  to - This will not suppress the message to the Hard-Copy log).
