  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When an abend occurs, the NetView       *
  *                      recovery routine DSIMSX may return      *
  *                      invalid characters for the ERRMOD name  *
  *                      in the dump title.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  DSIMSX calls a routine to obtain a CSECT name. The routine scans
  a module in storage and obtains a CSECT name from an eye-catcher
  in the module. The eye-catcher for the CSECT name found may
  contain invalid characters thus setting the ERRMOD name
  incorrectly. This most commonly occurs for high level language
  (C, C++, PL/I) programs running in NetView and abending.
  

Problem conclusion

• DSIMSX has been modified to more rigorously check the
  eye-catcher for a CSECT name. If the CSECT or load module names
  are not found, new logic has been added to DSIMSX to set the
  ERRMOD name as 'UNKNOWN'. This change will also be reflected in
  the SDWANAME field of the SDWA.
